Leading up to Eid, we partnered with Labels & Co to help bring attention to their Meet & Greet Dinner and Fashion pop-up event featuring curated South Asian clothing brands. The event took place on March 7th, bringing together designers, fashion lovers, and influencers to celebrate Eid fashion and seasonal collections.
Our role was to support the event through creative campaign production and event content coverage, helping drive excitement online and showcase the brands through high-quality visuals.
Creative Campaigns & Event Coverage
Before the event, we collaborated with influencers to create two creative campaigns highlighting selected clothing pieces. During the event itself, we captured real-time content of influencers, guests, and the shopping experience, giving the brand a full library of social media content.
Campaign 1: Royal Elegance
Set inside Dubai Jewellers, this campaign was designed to feel dreamy and regal. Surrounded by gold jewellery and warm lighting, we created a cinematic visual story that highlighted the elegance of the Eid clothing collection.
The setting added a royal atmosphere, allowing the outfits to feel luxurious, timeless, and celebration-ready.

Campaign 2: Night Bazaar
For the second campaign, we captured the feeling of a lively night out in an Indian bazaar.
Shot at night with flash photography, the concept focused on post-celebration energy, enjoying delicious street food, walking through glowing markets, and letting the sparkle of the outfits shine in the night lights.
The result was playful, vibrant content that felt like the perfect after-party moment during Eid festivities.

Meet & Greet Influencer Dinner
Alongside the campaigns and event coverage, we also captured content at the influencer meet & greet dinner. The evening brought together creators and brand representatives ahead of the pop-up event, creating a relaxed space to connect and experience the collection.
Our team documented the atmosphere through photo and video, capturing candid moments, conversations, and the excitement leading into the event. The content helped showcase the community behind the brand and added a more personal, behind-the-scenes perspective to the campaign.
